Hi, I’m Heidi — transformational guide, personal development and lifestyle coach, and a woman who has fully embodied the deep inner work I now guide others through. My journey hasn’t been linear — it’s been a layered, evolving path of awakening, integration, and coming home to myself. I don’t just teach transformation. I’ve lived it, deeply.
After years of success in the corporate and creative worlds, I reached a point where the outer achievement no longer matched my inner truth. A powerful awakening cracked me open — calling me to explore beyond societal expectations and step into radical authenticity. That awakening led me into the Gene Keys, deep coaching containers, transformational in-person workshops and a devoted path of spiritual and personal evolution.
Through my own work with coaches and mentors, I learned how to alchemize outdated patterns, reconnect with my essence, and shift from high-functioning disconnection into embodied, soul-led alignment. That transformation didn’t just change how I live — it redefined who I am.
Now, I help ambitious, heart-led women do the same. My clients are courageous visionaries who are no longer willing to settle for a life that looks good on paper but feels hollow inside. They want depth. Freedom. Truth. Balance. And they’re ready to create a life that reflects who they really are.
Together, we uncover the patterns, projections, and inherited narratives that have kept them small — and we transmute them into purpose, presence, and power. I use the wisdom of the Gene Keys, transformational coaching, somatic embodiment, and sacred structure to activate lasting change from the inside out.
